The Company recognises and understands the importance of protecting the environment in which we operate. We are fully committed to minimising the impact that running our business has on the environment and we encourage our clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same.


The Company is aware that our business activities result in: emissions to air by the use of company vehicles for business use, energy consumption electricity in particular to heat and light our office environment, waste generated by our discarded paperwork on a daily basis including application packs that aren’t utilised and direct marketing and we will comply with all relevant legislative, regulatory and other environmental requirements in order to act in a socially responsible manner and we will strive to continuously improve our environmental performance.


The Company will aim to:

  1. Minimise the use of natural resources in particular our electricity consumption; this will be measured annually with our supplier, and all non-essential systems shut down at night with staff laptops being taken home.
  2. Minimise the generation of waste and implement/promote recycling; we will set to default double sided printing and paper usage will be evaluated quarterly, our aim is 100% correspondence via electronic means. A record of all paper correspondence will be kept and scrutinised quarterly. The office facilities incorporate a recycling service which we utilise 100% of the time.   We have installed hand drying facility to eliminate paper towel usage this will be checked quarterly with an audit of the stationary order.
  3. Minimise pollution and promote greener transport options; we utilise car sharing where possible for staffs journey to and from work but also encourage consultants to attend meetings together where appropriate and beneficial to minimise car use, we will continue to utilise a fleet of cars with the lowest emissions and evaluate the fleet yearly.  
  4. Purchase and promote the use of greener office and cleaning products; administration team will always identify the greenest as well as the most cost efficient product for ordering, this will be sense checked in a quarterly audit of the stationary order.
  5. Consider the environmental impact of any business decisions made; we will ensure that our aims are incorporated into any service level agreements that we enter into and ensure our customers are aware of our policy.
  6. Encourage feedback from staff on improvements and feed these into the policy; this will be delivered on an ad hoc basis and discussed in yearly appraisals.
  7. Encourage our wider workforce namely our temporary workers to consider greener transport options and car sharing; we will in particular encourage our temporary workers who are working at the same site to familiarise themselves with the car share policy or assist in buddying up when filling our clients requirements. 
  8. Make this policy available to any interested external parties and to employees ; this policy will be displayed in our offices and all employees will be made aware of the policy in our on-boarding process.
  9. Continually improve and monitor the environmental performance of the company.



Mark Stevens will be responsible for implementing the above objectives, reviewing progress and continuously updating this policy as necessary.  The Company will review this policy periodically and publish the results in regular internal updates.
