    Assisting with the care of students and helping to build mutually beneficial relationships within both educational and residential settings, you will play an essential role in supporting children and young people with the development of their social, educational and emotional abilities as they progress into maturity.  You will assist with on-site activities, leisure trips and off-site group events.

    We are looking for support workers that;

    ·Have a genuine passion for working with children and young people and enjoy working within a motivated team.
    ·Have supported individuals or students with SEN within either a school, college or residential SEN setting.
    ·Have supported students/individuals pupils in small groups or on a one to one basis.

    ·Have relevant (SEN) experience, including autism and complex needs in a similar organisation and/or relevant qualifications (QCF/NVQ Level 3), although not essential. Full training provided plus the opportunity to complete NVQ 3.

    Ideally, you will have some SEN experience, however, we will consider applicants who have minimal experience but have a can do attitude and a willingness to learn.  For those you possess the drive and motivation, we will support you to develop your qualifications, skills and knowledge, and for some, a rewarding career working with Children and Young people with SEN.
