    INTERIM HOME MANAGER - SOUTHAMPTON - 3 MONTHS - STARTING ASAP

    White Knight Recruitment is working in partnership with an independent care provider who support young adults with learning disabilities, autism and clients with mental health conditions. They're looking to recruit for an interim home manager for their small service based in Totton, Southampton.

    The interim home manager will be responsible for managing the home on a day to day basis and should be able to deal with any issues that may arise. As the interim home manager you will also manage the staff rotas, ensure training is kept up to date and maintain care standards within the home in line with CQC guidelines.

    To be considered for this interim home manager position, you should have previous experience of working in a residential setting ideally supporting adults with learning disabilities or clients on the autistic spectrum. A Level 5 qualification in management is preferred along with an up to date DBS check.
