Learning & Development Business Partner
£15.62 per hour / NHS Band 7
3 month contract, to start ASAP
White Knight are delighted to be working with a fantastic provider based in Uxbridge, who are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join their team on a 3 month contract (scope to be extended).
You will be primarily responsible for providing a dedicated and professional L&D service to specified Departments, to support delivery of the People Strategy. The role is focused on delivering key People Strategy initiatives through managing Divisional-level projects. It also includes the design and delivery of tailored Learning & OD solutions as required, tackling any specific issues at individual, team and Divisional levels that are identified.
Learning & Organisational Delivery Partner (OD Business Partner) are responsible for building strong and close working relationships with key stakeholders. In particular, they will work closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver the People Strategy and to provide expert L&D solutions to identified Divisional issues. They will apply a systematic, structured and people focused approach to all L&D initiatives aimed at improving overall performance, personal development and supporting a positive and productive workforce. The Learning & Development Partners will be expected to cover one another and therefore to bring a wide range of generalist skills and experience within the L&D field. Together they will deliver the in- house training programme for staff. They may provide cross-Divisional support within any given area of specialism. This is a key role within the People & Organisational Development Senior Leadership Team and the post holder will employ approaches and methodologies to underpin the organisational values - Communication, Attitude, Responsibility, Equity and Safety – and to support related cultural development in line with the Trust’s People Strategy. The role will include line management of either the IT Trainer or the Learning & Development Team Lead.
