White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a forward thinking national provider of Health and Social Care services for both adults and children across a variety of settings from private hospitals to residential care and nursing homes.

This unique provider is seeking an experienced deputy manager in Luton to assist in the management of a service that supports up to 10 individuals whom are experiencing a range of learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and complex needs

Your duties will include;

• Holding regular staff meetings
• Maintaining positive contact with commissioners
• Risk assessments
• Ensuring home is  maintained to a high standard in both terms of cleanliness and health & safety
• Induction and training of new staff
• Monitoring budgets and expenditure
• Have a flexible approach to your working week by fitting in with shift pattern

• Previous managerial experience in a similar environment 
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
