REGIONAL SUPPORT MANAGER –NURSING HOMES - LAKES AND LANCS REGION - £51K + COMPANY CARE + BENEFITS
White Knight Recruitment is working in partnership with a national provider of care and nursing homes.
This forward thinking provider has invested heavily in its staffing structure, has a deep focus of driving quality and improvements through its operation, and is seeking to expand its support management team.
The Regional Support Manager will assist in the development of care homes across Lakes and Lancashire regions and assist in a variety of tasks including supporting and inducting new managers, training and development and caretaker management.
This provider requires individuals with management experience in nursing home settings that are nurse qualified and have a passion for the development of care services.
Candidates will need to have strong management skills obtained in nursing home and/or clinical settings and be nurse qualified.
In return, the provider will offer excellent remuneration negotiable for the right candidate, an industry-leading bonus of 25% of annual salary and a range of benefits and training in line with a provider of this nature including; 30 days annual leave and bank holidays, staff discount scheme and pension, career progression and ongoing training and development
