    REGISTERED MANAGER - ANDOVER - £40,000 TO £45,000 PER ANNUM PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS
     
    White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a Disability Trust based in Andover who are seeking an experienced Registered Manager.
     
    The role:

    This Registered Manager role requires you to ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the needs of individual clients through the delivery of person-centred care/ support services that promote independence, choice and dignity to empower our residents to live as independently as possible.

    About you:

    In a nutshell you will understand the workings of a Domiciliary Care service and what good looks like in terms of leading the team to exceed care standards determined by CQC, Local Authority and internal standards and bench marking.

    You will have proven experience working as a Registered Manager within a Domiciliary Care setting or similar service and experience of managing, leading, coaching and motivating teams to deliver exceptional support and services.
