    White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a forward thinking national provider of Health and Social Care services, for both adults and children, across a variety of settings from private hospitals to residential care and nursing homes.
    This role is to work at their services throughout the Kent area, providing individually tailored packages of high quality person centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, associated conditions and mental health issues.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
