    This forward thinking, local charity are currently looking for an experienced Senior Supported Living Manager to lead their Community Supported Living Services.
    Main purpose of the role:
    ·To lead, inspire, develop and support a comprehensive range of quality services for people on the autism spectrum
    ·Ensuring that services managed meet and exceed quality and professional standards at all times
    ·To be an Ambassador for the organisation and a positive role model for their services
    Qualifications and experience requirements:
    ·Expert knowledge of services for people who are Neurodiverse /on the Autism spectrum
    ·Hold a level 7 qualification/equivalent
    ·Have extensive leadership experience in managing social care housing
    ·Expert knowledge of CQC, Safeguarding and PBS
