Every candidate registering with us is interviewed face-to-face. This allows us to gain a thorough understanding of them as individuals and the sort of role and medical environment they are looking for.
All those registering must complete our spelling, medical spelling, numerical, general aptitude and keyboard skills tests. We also take up references and ID-check every candidate we see.
Only when all of the above tests have been completed do we consider putting our candidates forward.
We are absolute believers in honesty being the best policy; if we do not have anyone available who matches the requirements of a medical assignment or vacancy, we will always inform our client rather than offer an unsuitable candidate.
