Jim spent many years working in FMCG supply, and since 2015 has concentrated fully on the 1-1 Group, creating a Strategic Acquisition Plan and focusing on growing our brands. Key to this growth has been larger core accounts, managed 24/7 by key account managers.
In his spare time, Jim likes to be on the water – boating is his passion. He has also represented the UK in Hot Air Ballooning.
Sarah is an experienced business leader who, since graduating, has helped to develop and grow the revenue and remit of a number of organisations in the private and public sector.
Sarah is an avid reader and reads at least a book a week. Any topic, any subject as long as it is absorbing and interesting, but a good murder mystery is always hard to beat!
James started with the company as an Associate Consultant back in 2017. James hasn’t looked back since, working closely with his Team, enjoying meeting with clients to discuss their challenges, creating solutions and finding ways to source the best candidates on the market.
James is father to two boys, loves music and playing guitar and is – to his credit – a Blackburn Rovers supporter. He once worked as a Firefighter, where he worked on film sets meeting the likes of Johnny Depp, Daniel Radcliffe and Mark Ruffalo, to name a few!
Claire is responsible for all things compliance-related, ensuring that all candidates meet our client policies and requirements before they start in their roles.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys travelling for animal encounter holidays: whale-watching, swimming with sharks, stingrays and dolphins, walking with elephants and trekking for orang-utans. More recently, and closer to home, she has taken alpacas for a walk!
Ellie manages the NHS account at White Knight Recruitment. Ellie loves the fast pace, rollercoaster ride of managing the busy account!
Ellie enjoys making cakes in her free time and sets challenges for herself to make a bigger and better cake each time! Ellie is one of nine children, so Christmas is a very expensive but fun time in her household!
Georgia loves her role, as she is able to speak to a range of candidates and help them to find a new, dream job.
Georgia spends her free time going to the gym, walks with her dog and socialising with her friends and family. Georgia has done a skydive in New Zealand!
Mike enjoys finding new candidates and taking interviews for his client vacancies. His role as an Account Manager keeps him busy, working with all departments across the business, meaning no two days are the same!
In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with friends, watching football and cooking. Mike has also spent the last 6 months travelling.
Olivia looks after one of our key accounts at White Knight Recruitment, she enjoys talking to people and helping both candidates and clients through the recruitment process, she also loves how each day is different.
In her spare time, Olivia loves to cook and take her French bulldog on walks.
Olivia would love to do a skydive but unfortunately is scared of heights!
Charlotte works in the Compliance Team, and ensures that all candidates meet our client policies and requirements regarding pre-employment checks, before they start in their roles.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys researching her family tree, playing mini golf, spending time with family and friends and walking her two rescue dogs.
Charlotte once went on a horseback tour in Iceland to Reykjadulur valley and enjoyed a bath in a hot spring river.
Holly helps our Two Saints Account Manager research and secure experienced candidates in the care and support work industry. Holly enjoys speaking to a variety of different people and helping them find their ideal role and industry.
Holly loves singing, and is part of a performance choir in Southampton, performing every now and then in big and small venues. She also loves a good crossword puzzle in the evenings to wind down from a stressful day.
Holly’s step-uncle is quite a well-known singer and musician, performing at the Olympics, Wembley, The O2 and various mainstream festivals. (Frank Turner).
