Compliance Administrator
£23,000 per annum plus good company benefits
Colden Common
Hours of work – Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm

White Knight Recruitment are one of the leading, independent, Health & Social Care Recruitment agencies based in Colden Common, near Winchester, with an extremely established brand for 30 years.

Our office is currently going through a very exciting growth period and as part of this growth, we are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our experienced and friendly family team.

Key responsibilities:
·Assist our recruitment and compliance teams to ensure all new employees are on-boarded correctly and efficiently before their start date
·Sending out on-boarding documents and supporting candidates on completing
·Ensure all candidates provide the correct right to work documentation and updating company reports as and when required
·Completing background screening applications to clients standards and requirements
·Ongoing administration management during duration of employee assignment
Experience required:
 
·Previous administration experience
·High attention to detail and feel comfortable working to tight deadlines
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and a passion for delivering an outstanding service to our clients
