DEPUTY HOME MANAGER – CHILDREN – OUTSTANDING OFSTED – SOUTHAMPTON  (LEARNING DISABILITIES)
 
SALARY £28,958 TO £33,175 including sleep-ins
 
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join one of the largest providers of residential childcare in the UK.
 
You will be supporting children and young people with Complex Health needs relating to learning and physical disabilities.
 
The successful applicant will hold Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent and be able to demonstrate at least 2 years of working in a similar environment and with Senior/Team Leader experience.
 
You will be expected to promote and safeguard the welfare of the young people in care, whilst simultaneously being able to manage the home’s existing workforce and resources.
 
You will be supported to gain vocational qualifications, which will help to ensure you can carry out your work to the very highest standard, provide unmatched levels of care, as well enhancing your pay and progression opportunities.
