Full Job Description
Looking after a home with 9 flats and up to 30 staff – including 3 seniors. You will be supporting the Registered Manager to run the home, The RM will have the responsibility of any CQC requirements.

About The Role
This is an exciting role for anyone who is passionate about mental health support as you will be working with key stakeholders to improve outcomes for people who need mental health services.
There has seen substantial investment in transforming mental health services so you will have the opportunity to be part of these changes working with the Registered Manager and leading and directing members of the Team in the delivery of mental health improvement programs to achieve tangible service improvements.

About You
For this role we are looking for someone with an excellent grasp of the mental health agenda, coupled with good knowledge of the Mental Health and Care Acts.
We also need the following skills/experience:
·Be able to show a high level of initiative
·Be able to communicate at all levels effectively and to be able to recognise changes in the needs or circumstances of the people we support.
·Be aware of the principles of strength-based approach.
·Have previous experience in collaborative working with partners would be beneficial
·Good Knowledge of supporting the grants process with the voluntary sector.
