Assistant Medical Staffing Manager
York / Working from Home
NHS Band 5 – £13.04 – 15ph (depending on payment method)
Staring ASAP – September 2022
Required Experience: Experience of working in Medical Staffing, HR Advisor or Medical Recruitment for a minimum of 1 year required
Required Knowledge: Experience of interpreting policy and providing advice, and familiarity with working with terms and conditions of service (ideally this would include medical and dental)
Hours: 20 to 37.5
Duties Include:
·Operational delivery of medical resource
·Management of Medical Resource Team and delivery of KPIs
·Provide advice and guidance on recruitment processes, legislation and policy and procedures
·Implement new processes
