White Knight Recruitment are one of the leading, independent, Health & Social Care Recruitment agencies based in Colden Common, near Winchester, with an extremely established brand for 30 years.
Our office is currently going through a very exciting growth period and as part of this growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our experienced and friendly family team.

What you will be doing:
Researching for, securing and on boarding high quality, suitable work seeking candidates, providing a key front line interface between White Knight Recruitment and potential candidates.
·Search multiple external and internal candidates databases to resource suitable candidates
·Engage with potential candidates by phone
·Interview candidates via Zoom/Teams
·Review recorded interviews and assess suitability
·Support the administration for registering and on boarding candidates
