This forward thinking provider is looking for a Registered Manager to manage their Learning Disability service based in Basingstoke.
The service supports nine individuals with ASD and Complex needs.
We are looking for someone with:
·Previous experience as a Home Manager, Service Manager or Registered Manager
·Proven motivational Leadership and Management skills
·Recruitment of proficient staff
·Good understanding of CQC and outcome based quality
·Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 4
