Registered Manager – Supported Living – Learning Disabilities
£40,000 to £42,500 per annum + £2,500 Annual KPI based bonus

White Knight Recruitment are working in partnership with a Regional provider who provide residential care and supported living for adults who have a learning disability, complex needs and associated challenging behaviour.
The Registered Manager role:
·Managing four small supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
·Responsible for the day-to-day management of the services
·Recruiting and establishing a team
·Organisation of support plans and delivery of care
Requirements for the Registered Manager role:
·Experience running a ‘good’ CQC-rated supported living service in a Registered Manager capacity
·Experience of supporting service users with learning disabilities and complex needs
·Possess an excellent working knowledge of health and social care – particularly in relation to supported living
·Strong people management skills and sound commercial and governance understanding
·Ability to support, manage, lead, and develop staff
